To guarantee quality, safety, and sustainability, we work with recognized certifications. We are certified according to:

These certifications demonstrate that we work with reliable processes. We also carry out our activities in an environmentally conscious manner and protect the information of our customers and partners.
In addition, we work with the CO₂ Performance Ladder, Level 3. This allows us to map our CO₂ emissions and actively work on reducing them. We organize our operations in a way that enables us to work efficiently, sustainably, and responsibly. Energy consumption and CO₂ emissions receive continuous attention. We also take measures to further improve the sustainability of our processes.
Our products and partners
In the production and packaging processes of our products, we continuously look for opportunities to reduce environmental impact. When developing new products, we consciously choose sustainable, low-maintenance products with a long service life.
Our people
We support our employees in their development and help them remain sustainably employable. Through training and guidance, we ensure that people can continue to grow in their work.
In addition, our annual Blij(f) Fit program promotes a healthy lifestyle. Throughout the year, we organize healthy and sporting activities for employees.
We are also committed, through our HR and recruitment policy, to creating opportunities for all target groups in the labor market. We work together with training and employment organizations such as Konnekted and provide opportunities for people with a distance to the labor market within our assembly departments. We also periodically outsource light assembly work to the day-care activities of Stichting De Rozelaar.
In addition, we collaborate with various educational institutions by sharing our knowledge and experience in training students. The Nauta Group is affiliated with Samenwerkingsorganisatie Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven and is therefore recognized as an accredited vocational training company for MBO education.
Our environment
We believe that involvement with people and the local community is important. That is why we have appointed an SROI coordinator, enabling us to further increase our contribution to society.
We also believe it is important to consider social aspects in our purchasing decisions. That is why we consciously choose social enterprises affiliated with Social Enterprise NL (PSO certification). In this way, we contribute to employment opportunities, circular production, fair supply chains, and social initiatives.
We consider the annual support of national and local charities to be a natural part of our socially responsible business practices.
In addition, we contribute to social engagement by sponsoring various local sports clubs. In this way, we support connection, vitality, and community spirit in the region where we work and live.
